The Best Training is when you are Incentivized to Learn. There are 3 stages to a person’s life: Learning, Earning, Returning. Teen Empowered is designed to Help Teens maximize the Learning Stages of their Life by empowering them with Opportunities to Lead. We Believe that Teenagers have a lot to offer society, but they also have a lot to Learn. Teen Empowered’s strategy is to teach professional + life skills through education, exposure, and providing successful examples. Teens Learn Information then Use the Information in a Working Environment. We create Working Environments to allow them to exercise what they are learning as well as to discover their talents, strengths, and interests. We incentivize them by paying them like a ‘real job.’ The real value is the education (lessons), example (mentoring), and exposure that we provide. The money is the cherry on top.

    The most valuable thing that a teenager could ever learn is who they are in this world and they value that they can bring to it. We believe that they can better answer those questions in Real World Learning Environments that provide them with Real World Responsibilities and Expectations of Success. We teach Skills and give them Opportunities to use those Skills.

  • Own it.

    Teenagers are more successful when are given responsibility and trust. They need to own it. Own their education. Own their future. They typically rise to the level of expectation when giving proper education and expectation. Teen Empowered is just that… We empower them to learn and lead.

  • Earn it.

    Success is not given it is earned. Children develop entitlements when everything is given. However, teenagers must experience the pride and fulfillment of earning. They want opportunities to be successful. They crave it. We want them to have these opportunities to earn in safe environments.
